I try my hardest not to dwell on the past too much, what matters is the present. "The best investment is to do well in your A levels. The money will find you." As much as I agree with this, I do think that for the most part, the future can be left to its own devices, it unravels itself. I don't care about the money (to a certain extent, I just want enough to survive). Like I've said before, we're all chasing this illusion of happiness.
On a completely unrelated note, I need to stop living in my own head too much. Not that it's a bad thing, but I think I just need to be.... present.
I've realised that rushing to complete work will not stop the imminent onslaught of next week's work from finding its way to me. You just can't win sometimes. =))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Staring blankly into space.
Staring blankly into space again. "What am I doing with my life?" sorta stuff.
Kill me =)
I'm so screwed, basically.
