"I will fight. I can do it." The athlete's mantra

The finals will be on Tuesday. I don't want a repeat of the finals from two years ago where I was nervous and lacked the fighting spirit. Much has changed, I have changed, and I will walk on court focused and calmer than ever. I will be prepared to feel uncomfortable, if that is the case, but I will not be demoralised and less hardworking.

I will run faster than my opponents. I will work hard; I will work my ass off playing defence. I will defend my player to the best of my ability, even if I am tired. If my legs are fatigued, I will push on and play through it. I will prevent her from coming into my home. I WILL NOT LET HER IN. MY DEFENCE IS STRONG. She is not better than me, I am a better player than all of them. I am an offensive threat and I will sprint onto offence and back onto defence. I will initiate the fast break by running ahead and by running faster than the other team's defence. I cannot be stopped.

Most importantly, I WILL NEVER GIVE UP. I will have the fighting spirit of a lion defending her cubs. I will  not let them win. I will not lose my spirit even if we are trailing by a hundred points. I will never give up on winning the title. I WANT TO WIN THEM I AM A CONFIDENT PLAYER I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN MY ABILITIES.
