Care less about what other people think (in an academic environment, including during presentations where I should try even harder to get over the initial rush of adrenaline when I speak). How do I do this? Well, for the case of presentations, focus more on the content I'm presenting rather than myself and the audience. This whole caring less about others then ties into......
Going out of my comfort zone more. Speak up in class, ask questions, start small and build confidence. Be more comfortable with all eyes on me (cue the song).
Be less passive.

2) Negativity
Family: Show more care and concern
Talk to mom more
Take initiative in helping out
Friends/Dating:
Prioritise myself if I'm not number one to them.
Don't get emotionally invested if the feeling isn't mutual.
To sum up:
1) Comfort Zone
2) Negativity
3) Talk to mom more
4) Take initiative in helping out around the house
5) Prioritise those who prioritise me
But the major ones are the first two.
